Unser Pizzarezept. Auf Deutsch und mit Sauerteig. Ich habe mich aber eingelesen, das mit dem Sauerteig ist schon auch italienisch. Man nennt es dann allerdings lievito madre oder — in diesem Fall — lievito madre liquido, weil es flüssig ist.
